Mount View is set in the grounds of a 400 year old manor, now the Kenegie Manor holiday village, a quiet holiday village with a indoor heated pool, sauna, tennis courts and bar. The manor is located in mature parkland overlooking open fields and contains breath taking views of the sea. St Michael's Mount can also be seen from the entrance of the park. The cottage is part of Kenegie Manor holiday village, a quite holiday village with 2 indoor heated pools, sauna, restaurant, bars, tennis courts, BBQ and children's play areas.

Located 2 miles from Penzance and 5 miles from St Ives it is within easy driving distance to local beaches and attractions.

The entrance hall contains a stable door to the rear which leads out onto the patio area overlooking the tennis courts and the sea beyond. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, comprising of a electric cooker, fridge, microwave, work tops, units and a table with 6 chairs.

The lounge area has been tastefully decorated and contains a three piece suite, that also can be made into a double bed settee, and a easy chair. A colour television and video recorder can also be found for your viewing pleasure.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobes, beside cabinet and a chest of draws.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, built in wardrobes and shelves.
All beds are supplied with duvets, sheets and covers. Towels can be hired (details on request)
Bathroom contains a shower, W. C., wash basin and a heated towel rail.

Electricity is supplied by £1 slot meters. The electricity meter is located in the cupboard under the stairs. The whole of the cottage is heated via oil filled electric radiators.
Cot and baby equipment can be hired upon request.
Car parking for one car in allotted space near the cottage, overflow car parking can be found close by.
Pets by arrangement at a charge of £25 per week.

Kenegie may be relaxing but it is also right at the centre of the great Cornish experience. Famous St Ives with its Tate Gallery is only 6 miles away, while the fairy tale St Michael's Mount is almost on the door step. Rugged Lands End, exotic Tregwinton Gardens and Minack cliff top open-air theatre is easily reached by car.

There's plenty of fun for all the family at a variety of theme parks close by, and if you want to go a little further a day trip by helicopter or boat from Penzance to the beautiful Isles of Scillies. The lost Gardens of Heligan and the much famed Eden project are all sited in Cornwall.
